'Slices & Smiles Pizzeria started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our small family-owned pizzeria has maintained recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the art of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples where pizza originated. Once back in the UK, she endeavored to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, adopting age-old practices and top-quality ingredients.
Our beginning was a humble establishment with just 12 seats, and it has evolved into a cherished community fixture. Nonetheless, our devotion to excellence and genuineness endures. We continue to utilize traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough freshly each day, and source the finest ingredients available.
Presently, 'Slices & Smiles Pizzeria is still family-owned with the Rossi lineage at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic team into the next generation. Although we've integrated modern touches, the core of our enterprise remains unchanged: making scrumptious, authentic pizza that connects people.
