At Slices & Smiles Pizzeria, we take pride in offering our customers delicious pizzas made with fresh ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website, simpleteaportal.click, or in-person at Pizzetta Way, Rome, 00186, Italy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 6988 1234. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the preparation phase. If we can cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Quality Issues

If your order isn't right, whether it’s an incorrect item or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We may request photo evidence of the product fault, and upon verification, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement order.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at +39 06 6988 1234 with your order number, the issue encountered, and any relevant photographs. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at +39 06 6988 1234 to arrange for the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
